Hallo, ich muss für meine Projektarbeit das Leitbild auf Englisch schreiben. Könnte sich jemand erbarmen und den Text durchlesen und Fehler suchen? :)

1 The corporate model

1.1 What is a model?

In case of the corporate model you try to fix the
- relations between customers and employees
- the position to the marketing orientation and the orientation of society.

1.1.1 The Corporate Identity (CI)

The conversion of the corporate model has to result extern, to the environment, and intern to the employees in a so called Corporate Identity.
According to that it is a duty of the communication politic to give an understanding of the model’s aims to the customers, employees and suppliers.
The real behaviour has to accord with the communicated model because otherwise the reputation might suffer by that.

A corporate model has to answer the question of “Who are we?” and “What do we want?” and it should include the guiding principles and aims. Everyone (occupants, relatives, employees etc.) should can orientate to it.

The bigger the preparedness to respect this guiding principles or aims, the better is the harmony between the persons involved.

Due to the different formulations of the aims the corporate model is something individually – tuned to each institution.

The main aim of the corporate model of the Perisutti Nursing Centre is to make sure the quality of care and life of the old people in the “home”.

„We are anxious to keep and support the independence of any occupant.“

Every occupant has its own personality and individuality, that is why the Perisutti Nursing Centre is very anxious to respond to its habits and needs.
They made it their business not just to keep and support the independence of each individual occupant, but also to motivate the occupants to daily activities.
The voluntary participation at an occupational therapy, for instance memory training, doing handicrafts and things like that should serve as a backing.
With it the Perisutti Nursing Centre attaches great importance not to see the “independence” as a duty, but as a “personal freedom”.

“We cultivate the contacts to relatives and are anxious to have a good cooperation.”

The contact to relatives begins with an exchange of information before the admission.
By request the Perisutti Nursing Centre gives further information about the condition of the occupants and is prepared to listen to suggestions, wishes or criticism.
The nice meeting room looks very inviting for family celebrations and undisturbed get-togethers.
Besides, relatives, friends and acquaintances are warmly welcome to intern events like Christmas parties, garden parties, carnival balls and things like that.
By question the Perisutti Nursing Centre is pleased to give support with an exchange of information or information about nursing articles and how to nurse people confined to bed.
Incidentally, there is a possibility for relatives and occupants to view the nursing documentation.

Job satisfaction is very important for the Perisutti Nursing Centre, that’s why it attaches great importance to the loyalty to one’s colleagues and cooperation.

Because of having a great degree of qualified employees it is possible to offer a professional nursing care.

The latest findings, which the Perisutti Nursing Centre has acquired and acquires by internal and external continuing education and seminars, will be used and passed on.
Further they visit other nursing centres and supervise homes and similar social constitutions to gather ideas and suggestions. By specialist journals and specialized literature they also improve their knowledge.

To make unity in their work and in behaviour opposite occupants easier, good cooperation is very important.
They are anxious to force an extensive passing on of information among each other.
Weak points and an abnormal behaviour will be adjusted by humanity and tolerance.
The “Pflegedienstleitung” is prepared to listen to everybody, also when there are private problems. Because of that it can be prevent that this problems could have an effect on their work.
“Only a person, who does nothing, makes no mistakes!”

So aus dem Stehgreif sieht es noch gewaltig "Denlisch" aus. Wenn Du mir den englischen Text und den ursprünglichen Deutschen Text zumailen würdest, könnte ich es besser korrigieren. Bin jetzt zu müde dafür, muß inner heia ...
