MS would never be able to launch a product on the superb quality level of the iPod, even if Apple "gave it up for them". *eg*

yeah Germans are known for their, cough,... humor

but I agree the whole thing is just too geeky to be funny

check out the other stuff on that site, like the x-mas thingy oh man that was somewhat... not funny at all.

The sound has been taken from another video clip which is funnier. In that clip Ballmer is running along the stage,dancing and shouting (you can hear the latter in the flash!). Strange. It's the opener for his speach to a part of the Microsoft staff or some audience like that.
