Das ist die Frequenz des Quarzbaustein´s mit 27MHz. Nicht die 27tausend MHz, die Du wahrscheinlich meinst.

jo, 27komma000 sollten hinkommen, sowas sitzt auch auf Radeon 9700/9800, FX5800 und einigen, die ich verggessen hab...
