Hi,
macht es dem Prozzie etwas aus, wenn die Wärmeleitpaste (Artic Cooling Silver) nicht nur auf der Die sondern auch etwas rings herum verteiltist? Wie kann ich das wegmachen (falls das etwas ausmacht)

Wenn sie 1-2 mm um die DIE klebt, macht das nichts.

Wennn du sie entfernen möchtest versuchs mit einem Wattestäbchen und mit Feuerzeugbenzin,
Nitro oder Aceton.

Spiritus oder reiner Alk geht auch.

So sollte es aber nicht aussehen.;D

Aber passieren kann nichts, wenn rings um die Die ein paar überreste WLP sind?
Die haben des auf den Fotos etwas besser gelöst als ich...meine Finger sind noch komplett grau ;-)

überall Wärmeleitpaste nur nicht auf der DIE.:D

so ähnlich siehts bei mir aus, nur mit dem unterschied, dass ich auch auf der Die habe. So lassen?

Wenn du alle Brücken mit einander kurz schließen willst
- würd ich es lassen.
Wenn du mit dieser CPU weiterarbeiten willst
- würd ich mir die Nitrolösung holen.

nitro ist aber nicht erste wahl siehe obigen link oder:
CPU Ceramic:
"Use any of the following cleaners.
Any dish detergent (Dawn, Lux, Palmolive, Etc.)
Do not use soap for an automatic dishwasher to clean a CPU.
WD-40, citrus based grease removers (Goo Gone, Etc.)
Xylene based products (Goof Off, some carburetor cleaners and many brake cleaners.)
Akasa TIM-Clean
Mineral spirits. (Be careful to keep the mineral spirits away from the core.)
Once the majority of the compound has been removed from the ceramic, small patches remaining on the ceramic can be 'erased' with a soft eraser.

2. If you use any of the suggested products to remove Arctic Silver thermal compound from the CPU ceramic or heatsink base, always do a final cleaning with isopropyl alcohol to remove any residue from the cleaner.
