Kurz gesagt, oder einfach gesagt, ist diese Karte ursprünglich für einen OEM zum einbau in irgendeinen Rechner gedacht oder zum Umlabeln und Verpacken in einen Retail Karton. Diese Karten gehören normalerweise nicht in den Verkauf. Wenn du mit dem gedanken Spielst dir so eine zu kaufen, solltest du vorher abklären welchen Takt die Karte hat.
