According to Dell French Technical Support, the problem comes from the capacitors above the CPU on the mobo, those which are involved in the VRM.
Because it is the VRM that cause the problem, the more power the CPU asks to the mobo, the more loudder the sound is.
This problem is known by Dell, and the next i8200 mobo revision (current is A09 in Europe, the next could be A10) will solve the problem.
The guy from Dell tolds me this revision could be released in january.
