* fixed linebreaking for text that has characters without
baseline
* Fixes to properly handle binary data supplied for upload from Java applets
* removed noKeyboardShortcuts as default turned on in kioskmode
* reverted back to old buildnumber syntax
* Added additional fallback code for HTTP deflate content without a proper deflate header. The new code will also be able to handle non-compliant data which appear to have a valid deflate header, but which is not using valid algorithm codes.
* Further fixes on cache crasher

[ui]
* Tuned dispatching of messages a bit. This is supposed to reduce the experiences of sluggish UI when doing heavy document loading etc.
* Super search, Amazon, Ebay and Find in Page are now default searches.

[mail]
* Fix for bug 72401:"[602_ASIAN] Imported Folder name, which contain Japanese characters, collapse"
* Mail import dialog crash fixes, buffer too small

[script]
* Fixed crashes when using Javascript prompt().
* Fixed crashes when using Javascript window.open() from inline scripts.
* Fixed a problem with restarting Ecmascript threads.
