I need a tool for erasing wicked files :-)

After deleting some software there were some files left.(empty)
And if i try to erase them the XP gives me the folowing message:

Cannot delete file-the ditectory is not empty.



So,i now need a tool to erase these files with force. :|

Can somebody name me a good tool for this job?

starte Windows im abgesicherten Modus. Dann sollten sich diese Dateien löschen lassen.
