ATI Tray Tools und low level device driver...

Beim automatischen Start von XP(SP1) kommt manchmal die Meldung von den ATI Tray Tools:

"Can not load low level device driver. Please start the application again."

Nach erneutem Anklicken, starten die Tools problemlos.
Manchmal klappt auch der automatische Start. Je nach Laune des Systems?
Habe die Tools mehrfach de- und wieder installiert, auch den Catalyst 5.1. erneut installiert (mit einem anderen habe ich es noch nicht probiert).

Woran kann denn dieses Problemchen liegen? Any ideas?

Habe noch ein bisschen an den Tools rumgespielt und bei "General Settings" stand "A.I." auf "LOW". Dies habe ich nun deaktiviert...bisher startet das Tool wieder brav...
Ob´s wirklich daran gelegen hat...k.A. :rolleyes: :)

Also das gleiche Problem habe ich auch mit dem Tool manchmal lädt es ohne Probs und dann kommt wieder ne Fehlermeldung. Ich warte einfach auf ne neue -version ich denke dann gehts wieder.

Bei mir lag es an der Software für meine Teledat X120 ISDN Anlage.
Wenn ich die Software der T-Com installiert habe kommt die Fehlermeldung. Da die X120 baugleich mit der Fritz! Box USB X ist habe ich einmal die Fritz! Software draufgebügelt und voila, es geht.
Schon komisch, aber Hauptsache es lüppt jetzt. :D

ich habe kein ISDN und es funzt trotzdem nicht.

Tut mir leid, ich habe Win XP neu aufgesetzt und als erstes nach den den Treiber fürs Board, Graka usw. das ATT installiert.
Als es dann lief die restlichen Programme installiert bis zum dem, wo der plötzlich der Fehler auftrat. Und das war bei mir die Teledat Software.

Habe als letzten Vesuch ATT nochmal deinstalliert und dann per Regedit alle Einträge von "ati tray" und "atitray" entfernt. Danach ATT wieder installiert.
Seit mehreren Neustarts keine Probleme mehr.
Vielleicht war´s das ja :)

How it will work:
By default ATT, in High precision mode, calculate best reference divider, set nearest desired clocks using range between 2 and 16. Sometimes the bigger divider gives most desired clocks, but use of bigger divider is a way to unstable overclocking. You can reach better overclocking values with better stability using smaller dividers, but in this case you will not be able to set accurate clocks.
You can use "Calculate" button to see which of the dividers will be used for obtaining desired clocks.
Just for example we want to set GPU of 380Mhz and Memory of 340 MHz. Lets have a look which clocks we will have with different restrictions:

and so on. As you can see small difference is achieved using higher "Calculated Divider". So if you want to have accurate clocks you should increase restriction or if it doesn't matter you can use lower restriction.

Bei mir ging es jetzt für 2 Tage....bis gestern. Keine Ahnung, warum es plötzlich nicht mehr funktioniert.
Auch ein Deinstallieren der alten Version und Neuinstallation der neuen Installation, und den Tricks aus dem Vorfeld dieses Threads will es nicht mehr...schade!
Vielleicht klappt es ja, wenn ich das nächste Mal die ganze Kiste platt mache.
