+ All registry operation for Catalyst settings are moved to low level driver. Now you can use ATI Tray Tools under standard user or guest accounts (without administration rights). Please restart computer after installing this build.
+ To provide easy operation with Low Level driver I've added new utility "Low Level Driver Installation".
Now you can easily Start/Stop/Install/Uninstall driver.
+ Improved 3D Renderer. Now you can resize 3D Renderer window. The bigger window the better chances for finding maximum clocks.
+ Added option to set minimum allowed artifacts count.
+ Added new options in 3D rendered

automatically set all 3D settings to maximum quality. Antialiasing - 6x, Anisotropic Filtering - 16x,

+ Update artifact scanning procedure. Now 3D Renderer will show amount of artifacts.
+ Updated System Information module. Added information about Sub Vendor.
+ Updated "High precision" overclocking mode. Now you can set restriction for reference divider calculation.
How it will work:
By default ATT, in High precision mode, calculate best reference divider, set nearest desired clocks using range between 2 and 16. Sometimes the bigger divider gives most desired clocks, but use of bigger divider is a way to unstable overclocking. You can reach better overclocking values with better stability using smaller dividers, but in this case you will not be able to set accurate clocks.
You can use "Calculate" button to see which of the dividers will be used for obtaining desired clocks.
Just for example we want to set GPU of 380Mhz and Memory of 340 MHz. Lets have a look which clocks we will have with different restrictions:

and so on. As you can see small difference is achieved using higher "Calculated Divider". So if you want to have accurate clocks you should increase restriction or if it doesn't matter you can use lower restriction.
+ Added hot key to reset display driver
+ Added new module "Monitor Graphs", at this moment you can control speed of GPU/Memory,
GPU/Env Temperatures, FAN Speed and Main CPU Usage. With option to create log files and export history to TXT/CSV/BMP files at any time.
For ASUS Boards (with FinTek monitoring chip) the value of FAN Speed can be wrong if chip sets to operate in manual mode (using ASUS SmartDoctor for example).
History capacity is up to 20 000 records.
Automatic display of minimum and maximum values.
Be informed, when computer go to the suspend/hibernate state, with opened Monitoring Window, ATT automatically close it.
+ Added "Hardware Monitoring" module. Using this module you can put GPU or Environment temperature to system tray.
+ Added option to dump current Video BIOS to file (experimental mode). Only for Radeon 9500 and up.
+ Added option to show current assigned hotkeys in "General Settings" dialog box for Audio Recorder and ScreenShot maker.
+ Added FAN Control to "Overclocking Module". Can be included into overclocking profiles. ASUS boards (9600XT/9800XT) with FinTek monitor chip are not supported yet.
+ Added 2 new hot keys to operate with FAN Speed.

+ Changes in Overclocking Window. Now when you run "Find Max GPU" or "Find max Mem" procedures, some of controls on overclocking window will be disabled.

+ Fixed bug with OpenGL MipMap and LODBias settings when both of them after reinstallation of Catalyst driver were reset to High Speed instead of High Quality.

Nettes Programm, keine Frage. Aber gibt's auch ne Option, die Farbwerte samt Gamma für das 3D-Vollbild zu ändern? Alles, was ich da dran drehe, bringt's nur auf dem Desktop.

lege gameprofile und gamma/farbprofile an.
für jedes gameprofil kannst du dann das gewünschte farbprofil zuordnen.

die neu dazugekommene funktion zum auslesen der temperaturen zeigt bei mir deutlich zu niedrige temperaturwerte an welche laut fingerthermomenter auf keinen fall stimmen können.
zwischen der anzeige der gpu-temp. des ati-tools und att liegen 20 grad differenz.
karte ist eine 9800xt.
die funktionen zum finden der maximalen taktraten ist überarbeitet worden aber immer noch vollkommen unbrauchbar.
die gpu wird nicht annähernd voll ausgelastet(-> gpu-temp steigt nur wenig an), die ermittelten werte sind viel zu hoch und führen schon nach kürzester zeit in 3d-anwendungen zu grafikfehlern.
der pelzquader des ati-tolls ist da wesendlich anspruchsvoller und die damit ermittelten werte sind auch voll alltagstauglich.
ansonnsten gefällt mir das att sehr gut und hat den von mir vorher genutzten radlinker abgelöst.

mich würd die aufnahme funktion interessieren, habe die hotkeys festgelegt, und mal nen bisschen rumprobiert mit den aufnahmegeräten. was muss ich denn da einstellen, hab schon alles durch eigentlich. Möchte den Sound aus nem Film mitschneiden! er erstellt mir im angegebenen ordner auch ne *.wav datei, obwohl ich eigentlich mp3 als codec ausgewählt hab. hat einer ne ahnung?

edit: hat sich geklärt, wenn ich als wave datei aufnehme funktioniert's.

auch gut finde ich dass ich jetzt mit einem tastendruck den desktop auf meinem tv erweitern kann!

das habe ich mit der vorgängerversion des att probiert aber es fehlten einige für mich wichtige treiberoptionen im att so das ich ohne das cp noch nicht zurecht komme.
ohne cp hatte ich wieder 75hz bildwiederhohlgrequenz,refreshratefix des att blieb wirkungslos.
bei meinem monitor ist es wichtig,im cp die dcc-monitorabfrage zu deaktivieren damit höhere refreshraten vom treiber auch ausgeführt werden.
ich habe diesbezüglich auch ein wenig in der registry rumgesucht aber keinen betreffenden eintrag zum deaktivieren gefunden,unter win98 war das damals kein problem.
was nicht ist kann ja noch werden.

Wenn ich vorher nicht das ccc installiert und einmal am a.i. etwas verstellt hatte, dann zeigte die a.i. einstellung im att keine Wirkung. wurde das gefixt ?

Und hat zufällig jemand 'ne Ahnung, warum sich die Angaben bezüglich der VRAM-Timings zwischen ATiTool und TrayTools irgendwie beißen? Cas- und WR-Latency beispielsweise weichen um 0,5 bzw. 1 Einheit ab. :|

Was stimmt denn nun?
