Problem bei AquaMark (v3.0)

Guten Tag allerseits,


ich habe gestern meinen neuen Rechner bekommen, der beim Aquamark ständig abschmiert.

Mein System:

PIV 550 (3,4GHz)
1GB Speicher (2 x 512 Dual)
X850XT-PE
Creative Audigy 2 ZS
2 x 160 GB Raid 0

(ist von Dell)

Ich kann den Aquamark starten, dieser Läuft auch ca. 3 Minuten und nach dem Massive Overdraw kommt nur noch schwarzer Bildschirm. Auf dem Desktop findet sich folgende Fehlermeldung:


Termination: Exception Caught
Code: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Info: The Thread tried to read or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.

Problem sowohl mit Treiber der dabei war, als auch mit dem Catalyst 5.3

Hast du schon das probiert:
"This is Version 1.53 of Entech's Powerstrip "Direcpll.dll", it is recommended to properly run AquaMark3 with some newer graphics hardware.
It fixes problems like black screens, exceptions/access violations and incorrect clock speed detection.

Please download direcpll-153.zip (http://www.aquamark3.com/direcpll-153.zip) (34kb), then locate your AquaMark3 directory (i.e. C:\Programs\AquaMark3\), backup the original "direcpll.dll" and finaly unpack the downloaded .zip file into your AquaMark3 directory, overwriting "direcpll.dll"."

Jo, auch von mir ein ganz grosses DANKESCHOEN fuer die Info und den Link.

Wollte meine neue x1800XT 512 mal benchen und hatte diesselben Probleme und dachte wasn jetzt los, jetzt laeuft alles wie's soll. :biggrin:
