bug fix: shortcut to switch version to q3 1.29h was faulty


Note: If you have downloaded today v1.22, you don't need to download v1.23. Just open the file properties of the
"Switch to Q3A 1.29g" shortcut and change the parameter

/switch q3_129g

into

/switch q3_129h

Also you should rename the shortcut's name itself.
