Mark Rein scheint es auf der Games Convention durchaus gut gefallen zu haben:
“Leipzig illustrates exactly what was wrong with E3,” Rein insisted. “This is a great show, it's open to the public - I could never understand why they didn't open E3 to the public.

“The only negative about it that I can think of, and this is more a Germany thing than it is of the show, is it's very hard to show mature games here because of the rules that they have,” he explained. “I did an interview and showed a trailer of UT and they had to kick everyone out who was under 18 and close a curtain around, just in case some child saw it – that's a little crazy.”

In der aktuellen PC Games steht auch das die E³ für normales Publikum komplett geschlossen wird in Zukunft deutlich verkleinert werden soll , außerdem wird sie aus dem L.A. Convention-Center in anliegende Hotels verlegt und erst im Juni (oder so ;)) stattfinden...

Die E3 war für normales Publikum immer komplett geschlossen.

Das ist mir klar, nur konnte man nicht irgendwie doch rein (Gewinnspiele, etc.), oder muss man unbedingt Medienvertreter sein? :uponder:

Naja, egal. Jedenfalls soll die E³ im nächsten Jahr deutlich verkleinert werden.
