Ich verschickte 2 RMA Maxtor Platten in einer Schachtel...
Eine davon soll gar angekommen sein...

Hello,
I tracked both requests and was quiet astonished to see, that there is said only the first drive to have arrived. As I put each drive in a separate foamed cartonagebox used by Alltron oder Wyscha in my country to ship such drives, with the printout of the RMA form on top of each box and put them into one bigger box to send em to you, including the printout with both RMA numbers on it, I cannot imagine how this is possible, that only one of the two drives has arrived. Was that box damaged?

Aufgrund der aufgetretenen Probleme, möchten wir Ihnen den Austausch der Festplatte anbieten (RMA), vorausgesetzt die Festplatte hat noch Garantie. Hat meine Festplatte noch Garantie?

Ob ich mich irgendwie verarscht fühle von dieser ach so sinnvollen, voll zutreffenden, nach 2 Tagen nebenher kam das erst, Antwort?
P.S. Ich kann Maxtor Platten nicht empfehlen... nicht nur isses beschissen, dass ich 2 Platten einschicken muss, auch der Service lässt zu wünschen.
