Using this feature, you can put PCs with public IP and PCs with private IP in the same LAN area. Instead of virtual server function, you can put some public service (like FTP, WWW server) with public IP in the LAN side. If you want to enable this function. You need assign a public IP for the Public LAN Gateway. And specify a IP address range for the Public LAN. When PCs living in the LAN area with public IP. It can only use fix IP address, and can't use DHCP to get public IP from the ADSL router automatically.
