Mehr als 90fps verursachen lags beim Online daddeln. Also anders als bei Q3, kommt es hier nicht auf rohe fps an, sondern auf average fps.

""If you are seeing this when playing online, its because of the new bCapFrameRate property which makes online play smoother by capping your frame rate based on the outbound bandwidth of your connection (this is just like UT worked). If you'd prefer to play with the netcode working as it did prior to the patch, set this property to false (you'll have to edit your UT2003.ini file - its in the [Engine.LevelInfo] section). If you set the property to false, your framerate won't be capped, but you will see occasional small corrections in your position, since your movement updates are no longer synchronized with the movement updates you are sending to the server.
Even fast connections will be capped at 90 fps, unless you are playing a local LAN game. This keeps you from overwhelming and lagging the server. You'll see this whenever you are connected (even in the menus). Again, turning bCapFrameRate to false will return the behavior to how it was before the patch, while leaving it true makes things work like they did in UT. Your choice.
