problem mit Windows

Eine Bekannte hat folgendes problem:

Sie Bekommt regelmäßig einen Bluescreen mit folgendem inhalt

KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR

technische information:
**STOP: 0x00000077 (0xC000000E, 0xC000000E, 0x00000000,0x032A7000)

Was ich weis, dass es am Bootsektor liegt, ein Virus würde ich mal nicht verdächtigen antivier und avg hat nichts angezeit.

Ich höffe ihr wisst wie man das Problem Lösen Könnte.
