Kann den Patch 1.1 plötzlich nicht mehr installieren

Hallo,

ich wollte mal unter WinXP64 Crysis neu installieren. Also wie gewohnt erstmal versucht die alte Crysis-Installation über die Systemsteuerung/Software zu deinstallieren. Das ging schon mal mit irgendeiner Fehlermeldung schief. Hatte die V1.1 drauf. Habe dann einfach das Crysis-Verzeichnis und das Crysis-Profil manuell gelöscht.

Daraufhin wollte ich Crysis neu installieren was nicht möglich war. Wieder irgendeine Fehlermeldung. Nun habe ich einige Crysis-Registryeinträge gelöscht. Erst danach konnte ich Crysis neuinstallieren. Ich bekomme aber nachdem das Game ordnungsgemäß installiert wurde den Patch 1.1 nicht drauf. Diese Fehlermeldung kommt dann immer:

Warum konnte ich aber vorher bei der ersten Crysis-Installation diesen Patch installieren? :confused:
Sehr merkwürdig das ganze. Ich lade gerade den Patch erneut runter. Obwohl ich nicht wirklich glaube, dass dies hilft.


Was für einen hat Crysis überhaupt?
Kann ich dir gar nicht sagen, Securom vielleicht?

Probier halt den Kopierschutz auch zu entfernen vielleicht auch das Punkbuster Gedöns ?? so dass halt nix mehr von Crysis auf dem Sys is.

mal kurz gegoogelt: SecuROM 7.34 keine Ahnung ob das stimmt...................

Gibt es eigendlich einen Securom-Deinstaller, ähnlich wie damals bei Starforce?

Hat jemand sonst noch Vorschläge? Ich kriege den Patch (auch schon neu geladen) nicht installiert. Ich habe nicht wirklich die Lust mein Windows neuaufzusetzen.

Also ich hab für sowas, also durch irgendwelche "Grützensoftware" ausgelöste Probelme, immer ein Image von Win parat(was mir das schon Zeit gespart hat).

Über Göögel hab eine Beschreibung aus 2006 gefunden um Starforce zu deinstallieren.

Thank you for your email. Please be informed that these files in your UserData folder are used to store licence information for SecuROM protected applications. They were created at the first execution of the protected program. Any manipulation in this folder may cause the SecuROM application to work different than expected. These files are not executables themselves and therefore can't affect your system in any way. Nevertheless if you want to delete the folder please follow the instructions below:

1) Open the command line by pressing "Start" and selecting the "Run..." option.

2) Type "cmd" (without "s) and push the [Enter] button on the keyboard.

3) Please type in the following command: rd /s "%APPDATA%\SecuROM" and press [Enter] on the keyboard.

4) Answer Y to the Y/N question and press [Enter] to complete the process.

Please be informed that the User Access Service is used to launch a SecuROM protected in a non administrator mode, and has nothing to do with spyware or any kind of software like that. If you want to uninstall it please follow the instructions below. Please understand that any application you launch that uses User Access Service will restart it.

1. Open a command line window (Start > Run, type "cmd", click OK).

2. Go to the System32 folder in your main Windows folder (e.g. type "cd C:\winnt\system32", then press enter).

3. Remove User Access Service (Type "UAService7.exe - remove", then press enter).

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

The folder should now be deleted. Please understand that any SecuROM application that uses UserData will rebuild these files and folders with future launches.

Ich habe ein Windows-Image. Das ist nicht das Problem. Nur, dann muss ich wieder alle Spiele neuinstallieren. Naja, ich spiele erstmal weiter mit der V1.0. Wenn ich mal Lust habe haue ich neues Windows wieder drauf.

Zum Google-Ergebnis. Das kenne ich schon. Hat bei mir aber nicht ganz geklappt.

Brauchst doch nur die Spiele die einen Online Modus haben neu zu installieren.
Die andern laufen alle mit nen Crack.
Und Steam läuft bei mir seit Jahren mit der ersten Installation(für mich echt ein Wunder) dort brauchste nur den Account neu eingeben.
