ich weiß ja nicht aber ich glaub da hat sich ein kleiner denkfehler eingeschlchen
( ich hab auch zuerst s:O gemacht (nicht dass ich das glaube)


denn 0,1 mikron ist nicht viel kleiner als 0,13 mikron
und es ist größer als 0.09 mikron was afaik schon 2003 ( von intel ) kommt

genauso wie 0,2 größer als 0,1287646345 ist
