Könnt ihr hier im Forum alle Werbebanner sehen? Ich hab bei mir Content-Blocking aus auf 3DCenter, aber ich sehe den Banner rechts oben über meinen Login-Daten nicht. O_O

Der ist bei mir auch nicht da, ich seh nur den zwischen der Navileiste oben und den Posts darunter. Aber ich nutze noch 9.64.

vermutl. weil ich das schon bei der letzten version machen musste.
sonst läuft mal wieder alles butterweich und schnell.

Übertrieben könnte man auch sagen: Bei jedem Crash der dir passiert ist, den du aber nicht inkl. Crashlog gemeldet hast, bist du selbst schuld wenn er dir nochmal passiert.

einmal. und es ging problemlos. hab auch mal paar seiten über drucken als pdf oder auch xps exportiert. ging alles einwandfrei.

€: bin jetzt erstmal vorläufig von der 9.64 auf den 10er gewechselt. was man deutlich merkt, dass es schneller ist und opera auch weniger ram verbraucht. zudem gurkt der browser nicht lange rum, wenn man ihn nach längerer session schliesst. :)

Also wenn ich einmal unterhalb oder innerhalb des Banners klicke, wird aus dem Pfeil die Hand, aber der Link läßt sich trotzdem nicht aufrufen. :|

Merkwürdig, das ist im IE8 auch der Fall. Nur im Google Chrome kann ich den Banner auch anklicken (linksklick, so dass ich auf die Seite komme).

So, ich habe nun auch mal die neue Build 1456 installiert, aber jetzt wird mir plötzlich automatisch auf meiner seperaten Datenpartition ein Ordner "Opera Lesezeichen" angelegt. Das stört mich in soweit, dass ich meine Opera Lesezeichen seit einiger Zeit in einen ganz anderen Ordner regelmäßig manuell sichern lasse. Das Problem ist aber, dass dieser neue Ordner immer wieder neu erstellt wird, egal wie oft ich den lösche. Sobald ich mit Opera surfe und neue Seiten o. ä. aufrufe, ist der Ordner wieder da.

Gibt es da eine Einstellung, dass die Lesezeichen immer automatisch gespeichert werden? Ich habe schon mal gesucht, aber leider nichts gefunden.

Ok, das Problem ist wohl gelöst. Ich habe jetzt einfach mal alle Opera-Installationen deinstalliert und die Build 1456 ganz neu installiert und nun tritt das nicht mehr auf. Vielleicht gab es ja vorher ein Problem nach dem Update mit dem Importieren der Lesezeichen??

Ich habe noch die 1345er-Version, aber trotzdem Probleme beim Drucken, z.B. bei der Fahrplanauskunft der Bahn: Einmal druckt, wenn ich danach etwas anderes drucken will, macht der Browser es entweder nicht oder schießt sich gleich völlig ab...

Ja, der Fehler mit den Anchors bei Wikipedia ist gefixt, läuft ansonsten bisher flott und problemlos. Die Known Issues sind auch undramatisch.

Toll finde ich das wir ja immer noch im Alphastadium sind, es ist also noch das eine oder andere neue Feature zu erwarten. =)

Habs jetzt auch mal probeweise installiert, einfach über die 9.64 drüber und vorher sicherheitshalber Profile gesichert.
Also die Geschwindigkeit ist echt unglaublich ggü. der 9.64 und mein Download-Manager funzt.
Wenns ab und zu noch abschmiert, wäre das weniger tragisch, da ich ja mit Opera keine Atomkraftwerke zusammenbaue.

Also mir geht es hauptsächlich um die Schrift der Icons, die hebt sich meiner Meinung nach nicht deutlich genug vom Hintergrund ab, bzw. nicht so deutlich wie vorher mit dem Standard schwarzen Design.

Außerdem kann man die Icons in der Adressleiste ja auch kleiner machen, bei mir sind die auf 70 oder 80% eingestellt.

FF 3.5b4 mit Standard-Skin:
107 Pixel hoch

Opera 10 1497 mit Sharp-Skin (also noch mit dem alten Skin, nicht diesem ganz neuen!):
106 Pixel hoch :biggrin:

Soll der Neue wirklich so viel fetter geworden sein? :|

EDIT: Ist er nicht, nach meiner Messung 105 Pixel hoch. Wobei der Bereich unter der Adresszeile wirklich unnötig fett aussieht. Aber das ist ein einzelner Paddingwert in der skin.ini

das feature ist imo auch recht sinnlos. man hat ja auch noch die previews, wenn man mit dem cursor auf einen tab geht (vom tab-namen auch mal abgesehen :D). und das es bei seitlicher tableiste ned funzt, macht das ganze nochmal unnützer.

jedenfalls funktioniert die beta bisher gut. keinerlei abstürze oder probleme mit seiten (y).

Wer die standard_skin.zip selber verändern will sollte aber beachten das die bei jedem Update überschrieben wird!

Hmm, komisch, vor ein paar Tagen habe ich an meinem Rechner (Vista Business x64 SP2) ein Update (per Auto Update) von Opera Turbo 10.0 Build 1535 Alpha auf die Version Opera Turbo 10.0 1551 Beta 1 durchgeführt.

Eben gerade wollte ich das gleiche auch am Notebook (Vista Business SP2) machen, aber das hat nicht geklappt. Nach dem DL der neuen Version kam statt des Installationsfensters nur ein kleines Fenster mit einer Meldung, die ich leider nicht mehr weiß. Erst über eine manuelle Installation war ein Update möglich.

Habe mal einen Mailaccount eingerichtet und beim Bookmark Sync Service von Opera.

Ich nutze nun die Beta 10 Seit tagen ausschließlich ohne einen Absturz !

Ich bin seit Äonen schon Operianer und habe daher so einige Features als erster gehabt ;)

Mit den Mousgesten hat er sich meine Treue erkauft, wenn es sie auch nun überall gibt.

Für mich bleibt es der beste Alltagsbrowser, wobei man Firefox schon sehr speziell aufbohren kann. Und bei Webentwicklung ist er für mich immer noch erste Wahl. Dafür bekomme ich bei
jedem start von FF nen Anfall was er nu wieder von mir wissen will, ist auch ein Dummfrager
(einer der solange fragt bis man eh nicht mehr liest was da steht).

Genau! Gerade das Feature finde ich wichtig. Der 9.5 läuft ansonsten ohne Probleme.. Die neue 9.7 Beta hat Probleme beim zoomen.

surfe aber eigentlich ganz gerne damit. eigentlich nehme ich ihn teilweise sogar lieber her als den 9.7 mobile. (obwohl ich finde dass der 9.7er schon eine große verbesserung gegen den 9.5er darstellt)

super ist natürlich das es in einem Browser integriert wurde, weis gar nicht warum man nicht hätte früher drauf kommen können, änlich lassen sich über social networks bilder sharen bei Flock.

Nicht gut... SERVER OFFLINE WENN BROWSER ZU.
Uploadspeed bei vielen usern fürn arsch.
Ich habe vor kurzem ~1700 Bilder in raw hochgeladen, da war ich dankbar das ich wenigstens 200kb/s - 1MB/s die Sek uploaden kann.

Habe die Build noch nicht installiert und mich erstmal nur über Unite informiert:

Auf den ersten Blick eine tolle Sache! :up: Um mal eben ein paar Bilder oder Files seinen Kumpels zugänglich zu machen echt nett. Und so schnell war ich noch nie in einem Web-Chat, zwei Mausklicks, Nickname eingeben, fertig.

Ist es nicht ein Risiko für einen Browser offene Ports nach außen anzubieten :uponder:
Ich hoffe sehr das es nicht die Dienste selber sind die den Zugriff auf die freigegebenen Dateien kontrollieren! Sonst haben wir bald den ersten Trojan.OperaUnity.Gerenic am Hals :eek:
Wollen wir Wetten darauf abschliessen wie lange es dauert bis *.operaunite.com auf der Stoppschildliste des BKA landet weil irgendein Blödmann KiPo, Warez oder urheberrechtlich Geschützes damit verteilt hat :frown:

Vom Ding her natürlich alles nichts neues, gibt bestimmt lauter Open-Source Webserversoftware, die genau dasselbe kann. Aber alles so im Browser auf Knopfdruck inkl. Subdomain, das ist wirklich ne gute Idee.

Habe die Build jetzt mal installiert, habe mich erst erschrocken weil der Classic Installer 1,7MB grösser ist als die Beta, das kommt aber von den mitgelieferten Unite-Diensten und der neuen Email Welcome-Seite. Die opera.dll ist nur 45KB größer geworden.

Der Skin ist jetzt wesentlich kompakter, worüber nicht nur BessereHälfte erfreut sein dürfte. :tongue:

Aber einen UI-Bug habe ich gefunden wenn man einen Native-Skin benutzt:
Wenn ich per Doppelklick auf die dünne Leiste die Tabs aufklappen will geht die zuerst nur einen Millimeter weit auf, erst bei erneutem klicken vollständig.
Ist das bei euch auch?

Bei mir verschwindet der Mauszeiger allerdings manchmal wenn ich mir Flashvideos anschaue... :| :wink:

Approaching the final Opera 10.0 release


We are quickly approaching the final release of Opera 10.0, so we have been working on fixing bugs and stabilizing the program.

What we need to do now is to identify any remaining issues that are serious enough to block the release (so-called "showstoppers"). There are some more bugfixes coming up, so we are not quite ready for a release candidate yet, but you should definitely let us know about any serious issues we may have missed.

This build includes numerous bugfixes and general stability work, as well as skin fixes, and some important changes to Opera Link. Opera Unite has also received some attention based on the feedback from the public.

Opera Link

Der ist bei mir auf jeder Seite verschwunden nach einer Sekunde. Ich hatte dann die Option geändert und den Browser neu gestartet. Dann war das Verhalten weg. Aber okay, liegt wirklich nicht daran. Hab die Option jetzt wieder eingeschaltet. :uponder:

Auf jeden Fall gut zu hören, dass die Final in greifbare Nähe gerückt ist. Habe eine Zeit lang regelmäßig 9.x Snapshots benutzt. Aus Bequemlichkeit warte ich jetzt aber immer auf die Finals.

jap, die haben den zeilenabstand irgendwie erhoeht. das nervt wie sau. immer weniger platz nutzbar auf dem bildschirm durch solche sachen.

fyi: unter windows 7 wurde im explorer auch der zeilenabstand erheblich erhoeht, vielleicht nehmen sich die opera devs da ein (falsches) beispiel.

Bitte die schwachsinnigen Namenskreationen von ComputerBase ignorieren! Alle aktuellen Builds seit 1589 enthalten die Features Opera Turbo (bei lahmer Internetverbindung Bilder komprimieren und Flash weglassen um den Seitenaufbau zu beschleunigen) als auch Opera Unite (siehe DrillSarges Heise-Link).
Die beiden Funktionen haben nichts miteinander zu tun.

Die Operaversionen die einmalig Features demonstrieren (Technologie Previews) findet man unter labs.opera.com, die letzte mir bekannte ist eine Build mit experimentellem Geolocation API support vom März.

Uup , jetzt wo ich auf den Link gehe, habe ich festgestellt, daß ich das doch schon gelesen habe. :whistle:

Der Browser heißt: Opera 10.0 Beta Build xxxx (aktuell 1601)

Naja, aber wenn ich z. B. auf Computerbase (http://www.computerbase.de/downloads/software/browser/opera/) gehe, dann gibt es dort einmal einen Opera Turbo 10.0 Build 1551 Beta 1 und einmal einen Opera Unite 10.0 Build 1606 Beta. Das bedeutet, daß wenn ich den Webserver nicht benötige, ich einfach beim älteren Build 1551 bleibe oder heißt das, die Build 1606 ist die aktuelle Version vom Opera 10 und hat halt noch zusätzlich den Webserver mit drin (den man ja nicht benutzen muß?) ??

Ja, bei den ersten paar Mal hab ich das auch noch gemacht. Als es dann aber beinahe alle 2 Minuten abgeschmiert ist, wirds wohl was anderes als ne einfache Inkompatibilität sein...

Der Skin ist im Moment noch eine große Baustelle, vor allem der native. Wobei es diesem mal aber von Build zu Build hübscher wird, statt schlimmer wie bei Opera 9.5... :rolleyes:
Ich vermute mal wenn sie mit dem Skin zufrieden sind bekommen wir den Release Cadidate. :)

Ich habe heute auch am Rechner ein Update auf die Build 1615 gemacht, aber da wurde die Sprache auf Deutsch behalten. Schon komisch, sowohl beim Notebook als auch beim Rechner waren vorher die selben Builds drauf gewesen. :confused:

Muss sagen Opera 10 geht ziemlich ab, vom Speed und vom Feeling 100x schneller als FF 3.5, vor allem nicht so träge, wenn es jetzt noch Adblock+ geben würde, dann wärs der perfekte Browser, Opera hat zwar auch nen Werbefilter, aber erstens erfasst der bei mir auch nicht alles und zweitens aktualisiert der sich nicht von selbst

Hmm, ist is in Opera nicht möglich, per mittlerer Maustaste heraus Bookmarks in einem neuen Tab zu öffnen, es aber gleichzeitig aber so einzustellen, dass ein normaler Linksklick den aktuellen Tab dafür nutzt?

Nein, das geht in Opera so nicht. Shift+Linksklick öffnet es in einem neuen Hintergrund-Tab. Oder du legst dir Shift+Enter auf eine Maustaste, so hab ichs gemacht.

Habe es probiert, ja. Allerdings, wegen den von dir erwähnten Nachteilen, auf meinem "Server" in der Ecke. Hatte eine Photogallery angelegt. Hat bei den hausinternen Tests gut funktioniert, limitiert natürlich durch die Uploadbandbreite und auch teilweise durch die CPU-Leistung des Rechners, wenn der Athlon-500 beim ersten Aufruf eines Bildes dessen verkleinerte Version und die Thumbnails erstellt hat, hat es schon gelagt. Die werden aber gecachet so das es beim nächsten Mal schneller geht.
Ich hatte den Unite-Link dann an zwei Kumpels gemailt die aber beide keinen Zugriff bekamen, was aber wohl daran lag das der Service operaunite.com selber down war.

Wenn man seine Bilder nicht hochladen will, es auch zu viele zum mailen sind, ist es eine schnelle Alternative. Aber der Service muss halt auch verfügbar sein.
Wenn Opera 10 Final ist werde ich es nochmal probieren.

Nicht direkt, auf "." (Punkt) ruft man die Suche aber direkt, ohne Dialog auf. Läuft also auf .SucheDiesenText raus. Das mit den Bookmarks ist übrigens keine Limitierung von Opera, sondern afaik eine Limitierung in der Windows-GUI Bibliothek. Firefox verwendet wohl eine Andere.

Allerdings bin ich halt Jahre der Direktsuche aus FF gewohnt und werd wohl erst noch ne Weile Mist in meinem Opera anstellen, bis ich mich daran gewöhnt hab, vorher erst Punkt oder Komma zu drücken.

Jo, geht jedenfalls schon ewig. Obendrein funktioniert der RSS-Reader von Opera bei mehr Feeds als Thunderbird. Der zickt bei mir auf manchen Sites rum und kann mit den Abos nix anfangen.

Die Controls, also Start/Stop und "spulen" etc.

Edit: Es sieht ao aus, also würde Opera dem Plugin nicht erlauben Kontrolle über den gesamten Screen zu bekommen und deswegen sind die Buttons dann ohen Funktion. Vielleicht ein Sicherheits-Feature? Vielleicht auch einfach ein Bug...

Doch, in der deutschen Opera Version gibt es das auch, nur dazu muß die Rechtschreibprüfung natürlich auch eingeschaltet sein. Das hätte ich mir eigentlich auch selber denken können. Naja, ich schiebe das mal auf das warme Wetter. :biggrin:
