Hallo zusammen,
The function of Vdropp is applied to prevent the instable CPU voltage upon overclocking. A instant surge of CPU voltage might damage the CPU. Vdropp could lower down the voltage a bit when CPU voltage meets processor load and processor tolerance. This range is determined by IC vendor. The difference between H-Vdropp and L-Vdropp is that H-Vdropp will decrease the voltage a little bit more at full loading (Some customers like low voltage and believe that low voltage means low power consumption. Actually this is not the case. Since TDP is constant, current and voltage are in an inverse proportion) while the L-Vdropp will decrease the voltage a little bit less at full loading. But both functions are designed to protect CPUs from being destroyed by instant surge of voltage. Thanks!
