Festplattenproblem

Mal wieder gibts ein Problem, allerdings an dem Notebook meines Vaters.

Und zwar erscheint jedes mal die Einblendung:

Windows detected a hard disk problem

Das Programm HDD Low sagt dazu,
Boot sector of the Hard Disk Drive is damaged
Bad sectors on hard drive or damaged file allocation table
read time of hard drive clusters less than 500 ms
Hard Drive doesnt respond to system commands
37% of hard drive space is unreadable

Defragmentierung hat nichts bewirkt. Ist die Platte wohl defekt? Garantie ist noch vorhanden. Vielleicht mit einem anderen Defrag Programm, jemand einen Tip?

Jemand eine Idee? Ausser das Notebook direkt zur Reparatur zu geben?

Festplatte nimmt keine Kommandos an. 37% der freien Bereiche der Festplatte ist nicht lesbar.

Festplatte Defekt (Laptop runtergefallen?).

Da kann man nix reparieren. Festplatte austauschen.
