Intel H61 AHCI?

Moin moin,

weiss jemand von euch genau ob der H61 Chipsatz die SATA Ports auch im AHCI Modus betreiben kann? Oder muss ich dazu ein (teureres) H67 Board kaufen?

schau doch im manuell des boards auf der herstellerwebsite.
auch wenn der chipset es hat, kann es immernoch per bios durch den hersteller beschnitten sein.

Hmmm... Es ist halt ein reiner Internet und bissl Schreibkram PC und ich dachte konkret an ein MSI H61M-E33 weils eines der billigsten "Marken" Bretter ist... Kommt noch ein I3-2100 drauf...

Aus dem Manual werd ich auch ned recht schlau...

laut spec kann dieses board und bios also ahci.

OMG I bought this for $155 last week. However be warned that this motherboard does not have AHCI or RAID even though its advertised as having it. I tried contacting MSI about the issue and they told me to update the BIOS which honestly didnt do a damn thing.

also online bestellen und so 2 woche zeit haben es zu testen.

So, als kleine Rückmeldung: Board (MSI H61M-E33) ist nun da, BIOS 10.9 geflasht und Win7-64 installiert. AHCI funzt einwandfrei. Auch sonst bisher unauffällig, tut genau das was es soll. Für den Preis OK.
