Hat Gamersgate grottigen Support?

Ich habe vor über einer Woche bei GG 3 Spiele gekauft.
ZWEI davon sind immer noch nicht benutzbar.

"Litil Devil" lässt sich nicht installieren ("Disk/Files missing" - sowohl unter Win7 als auch unter XP)
und "Revenge of the Titans" ist lediglich EINE DEMO.:mad:

Jeweils 2 Tickets - oder was immer das unter dem Punkt "Support" sein soll - hab ich schon erstellt. Keine Antwort.

Zu "Revenge of the Titans" gibts einen Eintrag bei dem GameTutor Zeugs, da haben andere anscheinend das gleiche Problem und GG weiß angeblich bescheid. Allerdings ist der Eintrag mittlerweile eine Woche alt und fehlende Keys besorgen kann ja mal so schwer nicht sein?!?

Wie verhalten die sich denn so bei Problemen? Hatte da schonmal jemand welche mit GG?

Ich werde sicherlich niemals bei so einem Laden Fullprizeware kaufen - da kauf ich ja lieber Keys von dubiosen Shops. Wenns da Probleme gibt ist wenigstens weniger Geld vernichtet...

angeblich soll es bei Anno 1404 auch größere Probleme geben weil die Keys nicht gehen, hab meine Kopie davon noch nicht angespielt, mal sehen

There's a weird issue in the installation programs of Litil Devil (and Normality in my experience) under XP SP3. For some reason the unencrypted installer placed along with a few files in the Windows temp folder is not looking for data in the GamersGate Temporary files folder (despite an .ini file directing it there). Instead it looks for it either in the root of the drive with the temp folder or drive D: (not sure, they're the same thing in my case). The only way to win I found is to take the files in the numbered folder in the GG temp folder, copy them to the root of the drive the setup is looking in (the path is given in the "file not found" errors when setup goes wrong). That should take you through the ordeal. Partially. The script did not offer me to pick the installation path. I got things to work where and how I wanted after some sweating, copying, editing config files and general DOSBox magic. The setup used in that series of releases is in dire need of replacement. Ich habs gelesen, aber ich bin mir gar nicht sicher wie ich das bewerkstelligen soll...

Das Setup startet automatisch nach dem Download, aber im Installationsordner ist weder eine "install.exe" noch eine "setup.exe" zu finden.
