Hirens BootCD scheint ja eingestellt worden zu sein. Seit fast einem Jahr kein Update mehr.

Gibts CDs, die auf Hirens basieren und quasi Nachfolgeprojekte sind?

Hirens wurde wohl 2011 eingestellt.
Es soll aber einige Forks geben. Hab aber nur einen gefunden:

Ehrlich gesagt, weiß ich aber nicht, weshalb es unbedingt Hirens sein muss.
Meistens sind es nur 1 oder 2 Tools, die man braucht und die gibt es auch so.
http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ hatte ich mal getestet, aber nicht wirklich interesse daran. Die HDD- Tools hab ich mir auf einer eigenen CD zusammengeschustert.

Hm, Falcon4 wird auch nicht mehr weiterentwickelt. Toll. :(

Hirens hat halt alles dabei, was ich auf der Arbeit brauche. Aber es ist mühselig, das alles manuell nach Updates abzugrasen.
Werd ich wohl nicht umhin kommen, mir mal Knoppix-LiveCD oder ähnliches anzuschauen.
