How do I get a new serial number? I have lost my CD case.
Answer
If the serial number has been lost or the CDrom Jewel Case has been lost or thrown away , please fax or email the warranty department the following information at 650-628-5900 or to Support31@ea.com:
1> Name
2> Phone number
3> Address
4> Email address
5> A photo copy or JPG image of the back of the CD-ROM jewel case showing the missing serial number
6> A photo copy or JPG image of the receipt
7> A photo copy or JPG image of the CD-ROM
8> A note including the customer ID number and the Tech Support Technicians name.
After receiving this information the warranty department will fax or email a new serial number within 2-3 days. (Or any method that is specified.)
The warranty department can be contacted at (650)628-1900 or email warranty1@ea.com
If you are unable to fax in the information, please send in a letter with the requested information to the address below, and you will be contacted back within approximately 24 hours once the letter has been received (this applies to telephone or email, letters will take longer). If there are any questions or concerns, you may reach customer warranty representative by phone at: (650) 628-1900 (M-F 8:30AM to 11:45AM and 1:00PM to 4:30PM, PST (Holidays excepted)), or via email at: warranty1@ea.com.
