Polycom CX 700 will nicht :(

Nach dem Einschalten und dem Begrüßungsbildschirm will das Gerät von nem Freund wissen:

Sign-in address - wohl eine E-Mail Adresse, weil user@example.com drin steht
Domain\User name - domain\user or user@domain, ???
Password - ***

Er und ich haben ABSOLUT keine Ahnung was dort rein gehört :(

Angeschlossen ist das Teil per LAN-Kabel an eine Fritz Box 6360, Provider ist Kabel Deutschland.

Any Suggestions...?

das Polycom CX 700 ist meines Wissens ein reines Microsoft Lync Telefon, ohne einen zugehörigen Lync Server kann man das Telefon nicht einsetzen.

Hast du es in der Fritzbox schon eingerichtet? Falls nein, dann erstelle dort erstmal ein neues Voip-Telefon. Dann bekommst du einen Benutzernamen und ein Passwort. Die verwendest du bei Username und bei Passwort im Telefon. Und bei Sign-in-Address gibst du die IP oder den Namen deiner Fritzbox ein (fritz.box). Probier mal aus, ob es so klappt.

Kann ich das mit dem Lync-only wo nachlesen? Also wo das explizit so steht? Ich hab nix gefunden... :(

Telefon ist korrekt eingerichtet in der Box, wir haben den Namen "fritz.box", ein "Registrar(?)" und das Passwort, das wir selbst festlegen.
Allerdings MUSS die Sign-in address ein @ beinhalten -> fitz.box graut das "Sign in" aus, so dass man es nicht klicken kann.

Ich find es mit den VoIP-Telefonen echt eine Katastrophe, jedes ist irgendwie anders. Bei jedem lauten die Bezeichnungen anders und so muss man raten, was er denn wo stehen haben will. Manche sind auch komplett überflüssig, wenn er dann doch nur 3 Angaben braucht, obwohl er (je nach Telefon) einem 10-20 Angaben abverlangt.

Ob es das CX700 auch als "non Lync" Edition gibt, kann ich dir allerdings nicht sagen...

Wir haben nur die kleinen CX300/CX500 in einer Lync Umgebung im Einsatz.



Aber auch selbst das Polycom CX700 scheint ein reines OCS/Lync Telefon zu sein.
