Treiber kompatibilität?

Folgende Frage, ich weiß, dass Windows 8.1 Treiber auch ohne Probleme für Windows 10 funktionieren.
Nun hat meine 7900 GTX (ja ich weiß sie ist alt, aber ich nutze sie nun mal.) nur Treiber für Windows 8, für 8.1 werden keine Angezeigt, müssten die Treiber trotzdem funktionieren?

Just an update. I was able to upgrade a Windows 8.1 pro 32bit version to Windows 10 pro using the GeForce 7900 GS model. Before I upgraded I downloaded the latest 8.1 32bit driver from NVidia which is Driver Version 309.08 and Saved it off. Then I upgraded the OS to Windows 10. Windows 10 loads a compatible Generic driver which does not recognize the 2nd Display and basically clones both screens at 1024x768. After the upgrade was done I ran the NVidia Driver Setup I downloaded for Windows 8 and it worked no problem. I have an older Dell XPS 710 Gaming tower and it found all the drivers with the exception of the NVidia GeForce 7900. I can run the multiple monitor configuration now at maximum resolution which is 1680x1050 native. So as far as I can tell the Windows 8 32bit Version. The actual downloaded file name was "309.08-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-32bit-international-whql.exe". Good Luck with your upgraded everybody !!

Laut LaptopVideo2Go (http://laptopvideo2go.com/drivers?dev=0290&sub=&whql=0&lang=0&orderby=version&dir=desc&os=) gibt es für deine Karte noch den 312.07, zwar mit höherer Versionsnummer aber älteren Datums.
