PCIe 2.0 Grafikkarte in PCIe 1.1 Slot

Hi.

Ich habe hier einen Dell Optiplex 330 stehen.

Das Gerät hat einen PCIe x16 Slot. Bekomme ich da eine alte nvidia G100 512MB PCIe 2.0 rein gesteckt oder fliegt mir alles um die Ohren?

Bin da echt nicht mehr firm was das angeht.

Steckkarten sind generell kompatibel zu PCIe-Steckplätzen, unabhängig von der Generation.

Theorie: ja, Praxis: ausprobieren, BIOS kann eventuell nicht passen und PC bootet nicht.

Solllte aber normalerweise ganz problemlos funktionieren. Selbst PCI-E 3.0 Karte in PCI-E 1.1 Slot muß spezifikationsgemäß gehen.
