...Danke! Damit ist eindeutig bewiesen, dass Coffee Lake schneller als Tiger Lake ist. So, Ende der Debatte. :biggrin:

Ist eine neue Funktion, die mit den neuesten Agesas und Zen3 eingeführt wird. Man kann damit die Spannungs-/Frequenzkurve für jeden einzelnen Kern anpassen. -15 steht für -15mV, also einem negativen Offset. Muss man aber ordentlich gegentesten, entweder man kommt in die Instabilität, oder die Performance entspricht nicht der angezeigten Taktfrequenz.

Laut der CPU-Z-Seite wird erst ab CPU-Z Version 1.94.8 Tiger Lake-U richtig unterstützt (siehe https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html). Kannst du das bestätigen, dass CPU-Z 1.94.8 auf deinem System korrekte Werte für den RAM anzeigt?

hat aber nicht mit Version zu tun. Ich muss nur schnell wie möglich bestätigen am ende. dann sieht man solche Einstellung.

Verglichen mit dem A4-3350B (Ergebnis: https://www.forum-3dcenter.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=12298403#post12298403, verbesserte Fertigung gegenüber dem Athlon 5370, gleiche Architektur, 2,0-2,4 GHz, höhere NB-Geschwindigkeit, DDR3-1866 anstatt DDR3-1600, 15 W TDP) sieht man etwas die höhere TDP beim Athlon 5370, weil die Multithreading-Werte höher sind. Dafür hat der A4-3350B leicht bessere Singlethread-FPS, weil bis 2,4 GHz geboostet werden darf, vermute ich.

Hab durch den Benchmark einen Bug/Fehler gefunden = die UEFI settings stimmen mit CPUz und Zentimings nicht überein.
Obwohl DDR4 3600 @ CL16 im UEFI (Asus B350 Prime) eingestellt sind, nimmt er die nicht.
langlay erwähnte ein memorytraining Fehler als Ursache.
Mache den Bench dann nochmal um Unterschiede festzustellen, müsste jetzt gefixed sein...

Nope, keine Offsets oder Limits. In Cinebench 20/23 gönnt er sich dafür so richtig :D. Beim x264/x265 Bench hält es sich noch in Grenzen.

Gleichzeitig sehen wir auch, dass Speichergeschwindigkeit keinen Einfluss auf den Ryzen 7 3800X bei x264/x265 hat.

Ja, weil x264/x265 nicht so viele Threads auslasten kann, so ab 16 Threads nimmt es schon stark ab, was da noch nützlich ist.

Frische Windows Installation von Intel ausgehend brachte 1,9%

PBO Optimierung läuft noch. Dazu gibt es keine Anleitung wie man es richtig machen könnte, sondern nur Ideen und Abhängigkeiten von der Serienstreuung/Qualität.

PBO Optimierung läuft noch. Dazu gibt es keine Anleitung wie man es richtig machen könnte, sondern nur Ideen und Abhängigkeiten von der Serienstreuung/Qualität.

Den habe ich schon länger, da habe ich damals über 200.- gelatzt, ich wollte aber die 1.2V Variante, die 1.35V Varianten wären viel billiger gewesen.

Den Benchmark interessiert der Uncore/Infinity Fabrik nicht. Aber auch der Speicher ist egal.
Und CPU-Z hat noch Probleme mit dem Auslesen.

Nächste Woche kommt das nächste Beta Bios (sind bei N) und dann sehen die Werte wieder anders aus. IF geht einfach nicht über 1733, denn dann gibt es WHEAs ohne Ende. Damit läuft der Benchmarkt durch, aber das wäre nicht überall stabil.

Neuer Singlethread Rekord?
Wie aber liefen denn eure CPUs Multithread @lowkey / @N0rG? Ich habe allcore immerhin schon um ~4700 auf allen Kernen gehabt.



Wie ich beim Ergebnis schon drangeschrieben hatte, im Multi mit 4,55 und die singlethread runs mit vanilla PBO (Dark Hero DOS feature). Wenn Du mit 4700 Allcore auch nicht viel mehr rausbekommst dann gehts Dir wie mir :D ... Ich vermute das hat was mit clockstretching zu tun. Man liest irgendwelche Werte aus, die Performance passt aber einfach nicht dazu.
Hab schon mehrmals versucht noch etwas aus der CPU rauszuholen, aber die läuft leider out of the Box an der absoluten Kotzgrenze. Langweiligste CPU die ich je hatte. Die nächste wird wieder Intel.

Ich habe das System nach gefühlt 30 Updates mittels Corecycler, 3DMark Profile Test und sämtlichen Tipps und Tricks von neu auf übertaktet. Der FCLK geht nun auf 1900mhz bzw. DDR4 mit 3800 CL15. Jetzt kommt die CPU ohne SMT schon auf die Defaultwerte eines 5950x, aber grundsätzlich spielt der Speicher keine Rolle. Man sollte für den Benchmark den OC des Speichers ignorieren und alle Ressourcen in den Multicore stecken. Die CPU ist leider nur reiner Durchschnitt.

Ich bin gespannt ob Alderlake schneller ausfällt. SC ja, MC eher nicht. DDR5 sollte hier keine Rolle spielen.
