Nett, dass Anti-Lag schon eine Verbesserung erfahren hat. Dass das Farbstich-Problem in den Known Issues auftaucht, ist schon mal ein gutes Zeichen. Für die Zukunft zumindest. :D

Das dösige Overlay bekomme ich in Doom weiterhin nicht ans Laufen. Wieso kriegen die es nicht geschissen, wenn der Mesa-Kram unter Linux einfach geht... :freak:
Edit: Ok, geht auch nicht mit Async Compute...

Für mich 3 Stunden zu spät. Seit dieser Zeit wird sie als Retour beim MM bearbeitet.

Zu den Crashes und Black Screens während ein Spiel läuft, ist auch nichts zu lesen in den Patchnotes.
AMD tut offenbar so, als gäbe es das Problem nicht.
Stattdessen schreiben die sich groß auf die Fahne, dass sie einen Black Screen während der Installation gefixt haben.
Ich lach mich schlapp, wen bitte interessiert es, wenn der Monitor bei der Installation mal eben kurz abgemeldet wird, und wieder an ?

Und es liegt bei der Karte soviel im Argen, hätte AMD ALLES gefixt, würden sich die Release-Notes wie eine Doktorarbeit lesen.

Aber bin gespannt, wie es mit dem Treiber im August aussieht und vorallem, ob die Customs was taugen.

Auf meiner Radeon VII ist der Treiber ziemlich nice, kein flackern und kein UVD Bug.

Dafür hängt der Ramtakt ab und zu im höchsten Stage aber das ist okay für mich, die 6W mehr im idle drauf geschiessen, besser als flackern und UVD Bug.

Jup, beim Installieren 2x den Grüngelben Bildschirm bekommen, erst temporär, dann permanent, auf der Stufe bevor die ReLive Installation abgefragt wird.

Da gings dann nicht weiter erstmal, denn es wurde auf keine Klicks ReLive zu installieren reagiert!

Es war dann kaum zu erkennen, aber es war praktisch das Radeon Software Fenster immer noch überlagert vom Instalationsfortschritt-Grafik Fenster (jedoch ohne Rahmen), denn ich konnte das Radeon ReLIve Abfrage Fenster also wegziehn und dann Installieren auswählen und es lief durch, das Fantomfenster blieb wo es war.

Muß sagen, find ich nicht klasse...

Dazu hat AMD nix Offizielles verlautbaren lassen. Mit Pech hängt das Feature an der modernen Display-Engine von Navi.

Er meint vermutlich ein Schalter im Treiber Menü,keine Umsetzung per Game.

Sagt mal... kann es sein, dass Antilag nachdem man zum Desktop gewechselt ist und wieder zum Spiel zurück geht deaktiviert und wieder neu aktiviert werden muss? Ist hier jedenfalls so. Kann das jemand bestätigen?

Nee... so kann man sich täuschen. :redface: Mit dem Radeon Overlay ist es ganz einfach nachprüfbar.

Ist noch besser gelöst als ich dachte. Der Treiber merkt sich bei welcher Applikation Antilag aktiviert war. Startet man sie neu bleibt Antilag aktiv.

Mit dem letzten Windows-Update kb4505903 habe ich nach dem Neustart kein kurzes Falschfarben-Problem mehr (dauer war immer ~1s nach Login in den Account - wie bei der Treiber-Installation, nur das es dort nicht weg ging):

Jep, hat bei mir (noch auf älterem Adrenalin Treiber) auch geholfen. Außerdem scheint es auf den ersten Blick so, als wen mein Video Decode- und Speicher-Takt jetzt korrekt runtertaktet im Idle.
Der Verbrauch war vorher beim Youtube Konsum oft unnötig hoch und der Speichertakt ging auch nicht immer korrekt auf 176MHz runter, sondern hing bei 800MHz fest.

Kann jetzt aber auch Zufall sein, da ich noch nicht viel probiert habe.

Installation problemlos, kein farbiger Bildschirm, da hat das Windows Update evtl. geholfen.

Die einzige Unannehmlichkeit soweit ist, das ich seit Monaten immer noch den Ordner "a" im Papierkorb löschen muß, der beim installieren da irgendwie auftaucht und nicht wieder entfernt wird.

Navi must have Treiber. Hebt die Performance im Schnitt 3-5%. z:B. SotTR von 42 auf 45 FPS @ 4k Ultra HDR in HQ! Somit sind es nu mehr 17FPS zur 2080Ti :freak:

Was für Probleme meinst du mit Wolf II: Hier nix erkennbar und doch etwas fixer als mit einer eh schon fixen V64 LCE. Slowdowns konnte ich keine beobachten - läuft eigentlich top in 4k :confused:
