THE CHIP GIANT said that it has released a software tool to help developers isolate bugs in hyperthreading applications for Pentium 4s and for Xeons.
The tool – called Thread Checker 1.0 – will track down threading problems in hours compared to what Intel said would otherwise take days or weeks.
It works by finding particular lines of code causing threading bugs and then categorises them showing different types of information relating to the problem.
The tool will become available this quarter for Windows XP Pro and Windows 200 systems and costs $1,198 for a single user licence.

ob das feature damit verbreitung findet ?!
erst der aufwand, HHT-support überhaupt zu integrieren und dann noch kosten für das HTT tool.
