hallo leute bin neu hier und schon ne erste wichtige frage ich möchte gerne mein xp1800 übertakten weis aber nicht wie das geht ich habe ein gigabyte GA-7ZXE board hier die infos von mein board

nun meine frage wie hoch kann ich den takten und wie mach ich das im bios bei dem board wäre dankbar für ne anleitung wenns geht mit bilder damit ich genau nach gucken kann wie ich was machen muss ich habe auch keine wasser kühlung oder so da ich inmo wenig geld habe
also wie hoch könnte ich den takten das der auch mit normalen lüfter läuft und nciht durch brennt *zzzz :) ich danke euch schon ma im voraus :)
