Hmm, ich hab die Screenshots ganz normal mit Fraps als .jpg gemacht, hab dann mit einem Bildbearbeitungsprogramm die Balken weggeschnitten (hab einen 4:3 Monitor), und dann die Pics hier hochgeladen... Weiss ja nicht was ich falsch mache... :confused:

Vielleicht ist es ja keine so gute Idee, in Fraps Screens direkt als .jpg zu machen - die Einstellungen dort sind afaik schließlich weder beeinflussbar noch transparent...

Fraps komprimiert viel zu stark bei jpg. Nimm einfach png und anschließend mit 95% als jpg abspeichern. Ich verstehe eh nicht warum die Leute bei Fraps es immer noch nicht geschafft haben wenigstens eine zweistufige Option für die jpg Kompression anzubieten.

WiC@1920x1080 - Full Details - 16xCSAA & AFx16: *Endlich komme ich auch mal in den Genuss dieses taktischen Meisterwerks. Die kleinen filigranen Techniken sind für ein Strategiespiel echt heftig - seeeehr geiles Game. Besonders die diversen Luftschläge haben es mir angetan.

RF:G@1920 x1080 AAx16q & AFx16: *Sorry für meinen "Klassiker-Style", aber mit ME, WiC, Darksiders und Co sind in den letzten Jahren eine menge Perlen hier liegen geblieben, die ich immer schon mal nachholen wollte, weil ich es zeittechnisch nicht geschafft habe. BtW - RF:G macht einen unwahrscheinlichen Spass, das Setting und das Gameplay lassen es richtig derbe krachen. :up: Spricht mich sogar optisch noch an* =) Für 2.99€...... :D

Diverse Settings bezieht sich nicht auf die Anzahl von Bildern und auf unterschiedliche Einstellungen innerhalb dieser, sondern wird von einigen nur zu gerne benutzt, um auszudrücken, ey oida, ich habsch mir das Spiel so zurechtgemoddet, da würdet ihr niemals hinkommen, daher schreib ich euch zwar, daß es hyperdiverse settings sind, aber spart euch die Mühe, mich danach zu fragen, was sich dahinter verbirgt. Es wäre einfach zuuuu viel, euch das nahezubringen!!

Und PS: Es war ein Gag, ja. Der bestand aber darin, daß ich dieses Bild vor zwei Jahren mal gepostet habe, als der Duke vorerst eingestellt wurde. Es war eines von diesen Bildern, mit denen man den Leuten zeigen konnte, wie weit vorangeschritten man im Grunde schon war. .-)

Mirrors Edge ist eines der gaaanz wenigen Spiele wo ich manchmal nicht mehr erkenne das es Computergrafik ist

Die Strecken von Dirt 3 könnte man auch prima für Crysis 3 oder den nächsten Stalker verwenden, ja nach Strecke halt

Was mir "neuerdings" auf den Senkel geht... was soll der ständige Hinweis oben rechts, was man denn bitte als nächstes machen muss? Bei Witcher 2, RF:G, RF:A, usw. Von den dämlichen Navi-Punkten die einem die Immersion kaputt machen mal ganz abgesehen. Da lob ich mir das System von ME, da ist das sehr elegant gelöst.

Hält man den Spieler mittlerweile für so minderbemittelt, dass er es unmöglich schaffen könnte, mit Tab oder was anderem kurz die Missionsinfo aufzurufen?

DUKE NUKEM FOREVER (1680x1050, "maxed out" in-game)

unglaublich gutes spiel, wenn man vor ca. 14 jahren schon begeistert war, ein auge für echte details besitzt -
und ich spreche nicht von den bestaufgelösten texturen oder dem höchsten polycount - dann kommt man an dem flackschiff "dnf" nicht vorbei.

ich habe soeben meinen ersten durchgang geschafft (steam sagt 17 std. - mit mp-abzug ungefähr 13-14 std. schätze ich), ich bin begeistert - nicht unbedingt vom "ende", aber vom spiel! vorallem überrascht darüber was es noch an extras gibt - nach dem durchspielen...
ich gucke mir auf jeden fall nachher noch die oldschool-cheats für den sp an!

Falls du meine Bilder in 1792x856 4xMSAA+4xSGSSAA/16xHQAF meinst... die sind ohne Downsampling. Ich spiele auf einem 24" Full-HD TFT mit 1792x856 pixelgenau. Sprich, schwarze Balken link/rechts und oben/unten. Für 1920x914 4xMSAA+4xSGSSAA (21:10 finde ich einfach besser als 16:9) reicht manchmal die Leistung der GTX470@700Mhz nicht aus. Damit bricht die Framerate ab und zu auf ~30fps ein. Ich brauche minimum 40fps, deshalb die etwas kleinere Auflösung. :)

Ja logisch, auf dem Schirm hier sieht es exakt so aus. :) Eigentlich müsste ich nur das HUD an 21:10 anpassen. Die Schriften sind jetzt etwas zu weit zur Mitte. Ich weiß allerdings nicht wie.

Hehe... die Auflösung habe ich nur gewählt wie gesagt um Leistung zu sparen damit die Frames nicht unter ~40fps einbrechen. Dank der hervorragenden Skalierungsoptionen bei NV sind die Möglichkeiten nahezu unbegrenzt. =) Das sieht dann bei mir so aus:

Ich habe das tatsächliche Bild mal ausgemessen. Es sind 55cm diagonal, also quasi 22" auf einem 24" Bildschirm.

Da die Bilder ohne DS sind, ist das Resultat umso beeindruckender :D
Die AA-Bits leisten in der Tat bei Bulletstorm exzellente Arbeit. In Bewegung sieht das noch viel besser aus.

Alice gefällt mir stilistisch unwahrscheinlich gut. Ich spiele zur Zeit einige Games parallel nebeneinander und hoffe, dass ich in den nächsten Wochen mal die Zeit fürs Wunderland finde. BtW - bei allen Klischee-bedingten Seitenhieben gegen CoD muss man sagen, dass die Waffen- und Playermodell phasenweise pervers geil aussehen!

Da Crysis 2 ja bald Tessalation hat habe ich mir gedacht, zeigste mal das die Unreal Engine 3 das genauso gut kann ^^. Angefangen mit Tessalation, Displacement Mapping, Normal Mapping, High Poly und max Texture Quality. Vielleicht packe ich auch Bokeh DOF dazu und Subsurface Scattering. Also High Def Content.

Hab letzte Woche im Codemaster-Forum nur davon gelesen, dass er kommen soll.
Muss heute gleich mal nachgucken! *freu*

Das gesamte Bild ist dank PP @extreme oder ultra verblurt, das sieht man doch. Durch den Blur sieht es aus als ob du höchstens in 720p upscaled auf 1080p spielen würdest... eher 640p.

Mach es doch einfach. Du musst nur viel AA dann reinhauen und es wird genauso aussehen. Am besten auch noch SGSSAA. Wobei ich dann eher für den Vergleich 720p nehmen würde. Von 640p auf 1080p upscalen die TFTs zu schlecht. Am besten wäre für so einen Vergleich ein CRT geeignet. Oder halt ein TFT der sehr gut von 720p auf 1080p upscaled.

Woher ich das weiß? Habe genug Games mit 2560x1440 @1280x720 downsampled getestet. Und selbst das sieht noch besser aus als das bei dir. Denn, es blurt weniger.

Das ist so verallgemeinert, dass es nur falsch sein kann. Du hast anscheinend noch nie 2560x1440@1280x720 bei einem TFT gesehen der einen sehr guten Scaler von 720p auf 1080p hat.

Habe grad mal dieses FXAA für GTA IV ausprobiert...muss sagen, dafür, dass das kaum Leistung kostet, kann sich das echt sehen lassen und ich kann anstatt Vanilla@1,5xDS mit ENB+FXAA@native Auflösung spielen.

Ambient shadows scheinen aber vorhanden zu sein, wenn ich den dunklen Rand richtig deute (mach doch mal ne Nahaufnahme). Aber auch POM-Flächen lassen sich mit Schatten versehen - und der Schatten den das Objekt wirft sollte trotzdem vorhanden sein - auch wenn er die Form ohne POM hat.

Hab's von einem User auf PCGH bekommen. Sieht cool aus.
Keine Ahnung, ob's jetzt genau die gleiche ist.

habe nur den icenhancer, fonias road textures und custom cars drauf. patch ist 1.0.4.0 (gtaiv.exe rechtsklick -> eigenschaften -> details), non steam.
treiber ist noch 260.99...nichts spezielles eingestellt. einige screens wurden bei weather foggy u. rain gemacht (mittels simple native trainer kann man das einstellen)
so viel andrs siehts auf deinem screen aber auch nicht aus :biggrin:

vielen dank erstma für die ganzen infos! hatte die version 1060 drauf und daher clippings in der ferne und fehlerhafte lensflares. heute neu installiert (ebenfalls steamfreie version hier) und nur auf 1040 gepatched. jetzt läuft alles :>

@LuckyD: danke, aber ich belass es jetzt erstmal dabei. dieser "dog days" look (http://www.forum-3dcenter.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=510419) geht mir gut ab (die shader kommen als standbild nicht wirklich gut rüber - in bewegung ein traum imho. kann kaum das update erwarten :))

jepp, seit dem legends-dlc komm ich gar nicht mehr von weg...

gerade so biester wie der GT40 MK1 =TRAUMHAFT= da weiss man nach 1-2 runden, was die kerle füher am volante geleistet haben...

Mehr als alle Regler nach rechts zu schieben, geht nicht^^
Im Treibermenü hab ich mit der "Eckpunktverarbeitung" gespielt, aber mehr als "Standard" und "Softwareverarbeitung" ist da nicht möglich, bringt subjektiv auch keinen Unterschied.
Ich könnte mal den Treiber auf "Qualität" stellen, statt alles selbst einzustellen, aber wie ich in verschiedenen Tests schon gelesen habe, bringt das genau 0,nix.
Antialiasing wäre aber defintiv erwünscht.
