Herrlich! Outcast ist genau das richtige Spiel, das man mit der CryEngine wieder beleben kann!

Ich würde es mir sehr wünschen, aber die werden wohl noch einen Haufen Arbeit haben.
Die Tech Demo 1.1 ist visuell schon erste Sahne, auch wenn es nur zwei Gebiete sind.
Die Stimmung der zwei Tech Demo Maps sehr geil, man merkt das mit sehr viel Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Detail an open Outcast gearbeitet wird, da können sich etliche professionelle Entwickler eine Scheibe von abschneiden.
Schaut man sich die Artworks auf der Seite an, kann man sich vorstellen wie geil das im finalen Spiel werden kann.

Nicht wenn in 5 Jahren immer noch die Xbox 360 und PS 3 auf dem Markt sind, und die nachfolge Konsolen nicht erschienen sind.
Grafisch wird sich mit dieser Generation kaum noch was ändern. Vielleicht nur bei den PC Versionen, falls die Entwickler bereit sind die Version an die Fähigkeiten der PCs anzupassen.

Naja, real nicht. Dafür sollten sie mal den Wagen mehr Polygone spendieren, und auch die Texturen sehen lowres aus.

Ich glaube nicht, dass optische Täuschungen gleich automatisch "Wahrnehmungsstörungen" sind. Imho zeigen diverse Illusionen (http://www.forum-3dcenter.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=182118) doch beeindruckend auf, wie nahe man der Realität schon gekommen ist. Wobei Du natürlich Recht hast - es ist die extrem komplexe Beleuchtung der Natur und ihre gigantische Farbpalette die es zu knacken gilt. Besonders aus diesem Grunde wirkt F1-2010 in "grauen" Regenrennen (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZMN7dlYBUs) visuell ja jetzt schon so beängstigend echt.

Mit Sicherheit nicht. Downsampling "verschlimmbessert" die Optik nicht, zumindest nicht wenn man es gekonnt einsetzt. Deine Bilder sind übrigens völlig überschärft und alles andere als schön.

Ja, habs etwas übertrieben diesmal, aber was soll man den machen wenn Codemasters es nicht schafft, eine "scharfe" DX9 version zu machen? Und außerdem versuche ich nur die Schärfe vom DS nachzumachen. Denn wann runterskaliert verliert man schäfe das weiß natürlich jeder hier. Gut diesmal hab ich es wie gesagt etwas übertrieben. Werd nicht wieder vorkommen. ;)

Also, wie gesagt ich nutze Downsampling...und Downsampling macht das Bild minimal schärfer. Mache ich jetzt ein Screenshot davon, wird das Bild in z.B 2944x1840 gespeichert. Nun skaliere ich es runter auf 1680x1050 dadurch, verliert man ein wenig schärfe. Nun probiere ich durch minimales nachschärfen die Ausgangsschärfe des Downsampling wiederherzustellen. Du siehts also das man nur versucht den Ursprung wiederherzustellen. So wie man es selber Ingame auf dem TFT gesehen hat. Für mich ist das Thema jetzt beendet. :)

Gib mal bitte Feedback im passenden Thread wie das Spiel so ist.
Bin seit Ewigkeiten auch mal wieder auf dem Sportspiele Trip und wenn ich dazu noch sehe das man dort die Classic Bulls mit Jordan, Rodman, Pippen +Co. spielen kann kribbelt es doch gewaltig in den Fingern.:)

Na das du bei der PC Games Hardware arbeitest und du die Bilder angefertigt hast, weil du eine Presseversion hast ;) Wusste das nicht...

Übrigens mit 0x000030C1 kannst du im Nividia Inspector fehlerfrei AA und SGSSAA erwzingen wenn du eine Geforce hast...

Ich finde die Flexibilität allerdings sehr interessant zu beobachten. Den Baukasten in sich empfinde ich nach wie vor als mächtig, er unterliegt 2010 allerdings viel zu vielen Limitierungen.

Downsampling drüber, Tesselation für die Tanks, etwas dichtere Vegetation, POM im Vordergrund, etwas höher aufgelöste Bodentextur und die Grafik wäre imho perfekt. :)

Das ist das einzige was mir persönlich sehr gut an F1 2010 gefällt - die Wasserpfützen auf der Fahrbahn. Hierbei muss ich zugeben, dass Codemasters dies verdammt gut umgesetzt hat. Leider kann der Rest mit diesem Detailgrad absolut nicht mithalten.

Schöne CoD MW II Shots, das zweite Bild ist fett.:up:

Von mir gibst noch ein paar NBA 2K11 Bilder, das Spiel rockt einfach derbe.
Settings wie gehabt, ein paar kleine Mods sind drauf für bessere Schatten und ein paar Court-Mods, wie z.B. eine überarbeitete American Airlines Arena.:)

Die Grafikdetails bei 2K11 sind teilweise wirklich erstklassig, man achte im ersten Bild auf die definierten Muskeln, die Tattoos, den Schweißfilm auf der Haut, auf M.J.'s linkem Unterarm sieht man sogar eine Ader.

Für den ersten Teil schon. Am Fluss der Zeit sieht aber trotz der nicht so tollen Texturen über weite Strecken klar besser aus als der Vorgänger.

MW2 on PC. 1680x1050, 8xMSAA, 16xAF, max settings. Got to say it looks damn impressive in several scenes. Not just artwork and design but also quite respectable tech use (atleast in PC version). Sparks and glass debris with physics, massive particle amounts in larger fires (see images), lightsources casting shadows, nice specular, decent amount of destructable things etc. Probably some PC specific extra detail and of course games visuals aint lost due to sub-HD and lack of AF and low AA.

Ach damit habe ich keine Probleme :), ich finde es schön mal hier ein bisschen Abwechslung im Thread zu haben und Drakensang ist ja nun auch alles andere als hässlich.


Ist aber momentan leider so, dass die Zahl besonders schöner Motive deutlich zurückgegangen ist - hoffe mal, dass ist nur ein kleiner Durchhänger des Spiels u. kein Zeichen, dass man nur den ersten Abschnitten besondere Sorgfalt angedeihen lassen hat.

Das wäre schade, hoffentlich bewahrheitet sich das nicht.

So kenne ich dich ja gar nicht :( Für mich ist MoH ungeachtet des Pressespiegels das bessere und militärisch tiefere Call of Duty. Auch der visuelle Part gefällt mir deutlich besser als in CoD. Teilweise ist das Beleuchtungsmodel schweinegeil - solche Texturen, mit 3d-Struktur, wie die auf den Felsen, sieht man heut zu Tage leider kaum noch. Ich finde BFBC² und Co jetzt nicht wirklich ansprechender als MoH - sondern sehe sie eher auf Augenhöhe, da sie alle simpel gestrickt sind. Mir persönlich gelingt halt der Spagat zwischen Casual und komplexer Simulation nach wie vor. Und was die Pics angeht - also wenn ich mir den Lederhandschuh, die originalen Desert-Camos, die Uhr, die Felsen, die Lichtgebung, das Apache-Cockpit, das DoF ect.pp angucke, fällt mir sogar wieder ein, warum ich die Bilder gebracht habe. Weil ich die Evolution zwischen R6:V <----------> MoH2k super interessant finde und mich der Content einfach anspricht.

Ich fand die Bilder - im Vergleich mit deinen sonstigen Werken - nicht erwähnenswert. Einfach nur langweilig. Die Uniformtexturen sind einfach nur grausam und ansonsten sieht es halt irgendwie langweilig aus (ich hab es nicht gespielt).

Außer in ArmA hab ich noch nix besseres gesehen. Aber wie gesagt wurde, Black Ops kommt ja bald, dann könnt ihr das Spiel hypen ;D

Sie sind so langweilig, dass einzelne User eine halbe Seite darüber diskutieren, statt einfach weiter zu scrollen. Da gab es doch auf den zurückliegenden Seiten genug Screens, über die man im Kontext viel besser hätte diskutieren können, als über ein paar unwichtige MoH-Pix. :D Aber ganz ruhig, Call of Duty kommt bald. :comfort:

Das Beleuchtungsmodell wirkt halt Vielerorts sehr glaubhaft und ist in seiner Farbgebung sehr realistisch. Selbes trifft auf die Frostbite-Engine im übrigen witzigerweise auch zu. Das ist mit das Beste, zumindest in puncto Realismus, was ich abseits von Crysis bis heute gesehen habe.

Die Beleuchtung kommt auf den Screenshots wirklich nicht so gut rüber...dazu kommt halt, dass einige Lichtquellen gar keinen Schatten produzieren und der Eigenschatten fehlt auch.
Im Spiel kommt es aber oft extrem geil rüber!

@Timewarp82, da hast du dir aber ein richtiges Dream Team zusammen gestellt.:D
Spiele aktuell eine komplette Saison mit Miami, aber ohne Trades, also mit dem Original-Team und die Kombi Lebron James, Dwayne Wade ist ja schon sick.
Manche der Dunks von Lebron sind einfach nur krank, da fliegt einem bald der Controller aus der Hand wenn der wie eine Dampfwalze durch die Zone pflügt und mit einem seiner Tomahawk oder Reverse Windmill Dunks fast die Korbanlage abreißt.;D


NBA 2K11, 2560x1600 @ 1920x1200, 4xSGSSAA, 16AF HQ, max.Details, diverse Mods und trotz der Settings immer bei Vsync gelockte 60FPS, so müssen Spiele sein.:)
