Ich bin von diesem Spiel einfach nur überwältigt. Lange keinen solchen Spaß mit einem Arcaderacer gehabt. Ich liebe es die Raser zu verfolgen. :biggrin: Die wunderschönen Landschaften, man muss es in Bewegung gesehen haben. =)

Geht leider nicht. Das Spiel unterstützt offiziell kein AA. Für die Qualität der Promoshots müsste ich den Konsolenbefehl für Schnapschüsse in ca. 7680x4320 kennen (falls es offiziell überhaupt möglich ist). Damit könnte man die Promoquali beim resampeln erreichen.

At the moment, it's not possible to enable AA with a GeForce.

He uses a ATI card, JON2oo6spb ... "4x ED-SGSSAA", ED = Edge Detect AA Mode :)
For this game NV doesn't support AA currently. (too late ^^)

Dürfte an den Drifts liegen. Wagen wird dort imho leicht unscharf. Das letzte ist ein Bild nach dem Ziel, d.h. die Kamera steht praktisch still und das Auto rast vorbei, das soll so sein ;)

Leute, ich brauche die GTX580. ;D Bei diesen Settings bricht die GTX470 schon auf min. 42fps. Ist nicht mehr so schön flüssig wie 60fps. :D

So gehts natürlich auch, stabile 50fps bei 3840x1646@1920x823 downsampled (21:9 Format). ;)

Nur die Zwischenszenen kommen mit dem Format nicht ganz klar. Die werden in der Horizontalen auch kleiner dargestellt. Dafür ist die Bildqualität zumindest vom Shelby Mustang erste Sahne. =)

Some more with same settings (1680x1050 8xMSAA etc). 2 cars get love at Laguna Seca during racing. Better to take screenshots like this as shots when in motion makes surfaces have motionblur and for Shift it only works to it's disadvantage considering how good the quality is.

I hope Shift 2 pushes visuals even more on PC while adding more content and disabled content like pits etc.

Naja, die "Disco-Szene" war schon sehr speziell. Aber das Game hat trotz seiner stumpfen Ballerei den gleichen Charme wie sein Vorgänger. Ich kann gar nicht wirklich nachvollziehen, warum die beiden Freaks in der Flut der Spiele schon wieder so untergegangen sind. Ein wenig spielt es sich wie Gears of War mit einem anderen Setting. Wobei ich persönlich diesen Youtube-Wackelkamera-Style als Stilmittel wirklich sehr fett finde. Auch die dreckigen Locations sind sehr nett anzusehen. Ich will schon seit 1-2 Stunden was anderes Spielen, aber die beiden Pappnasen lassen mich einfach nicht los. Die 7.50€ (Steam) haben sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

Da habe ich von diversen anderen Konsolenports hier schon wesentlich schlechtere Texturen gesehen. BtW sieht K&L² dabei in Bewegung Dank seiner Licht- und Farbgebung noch recht gut aus, vom grossartigem und glaubhaften Schmuddel-Design erst gar nicht zu sprechen.

Genau, bei einem VA-Panel. ;D Es reicht doch nur mit meinen Bildern zu vergleichen. Dagegen ist der Youtube-Look nahezu schwarz-weiß, mit einzelnen Objekten die farblich hervorstechen. :)

Ich sehe das wie Dargo, mit den meisten Farbfiltern kann ich nichts anfangen. DOF und Blur sind meist nur nervig eingesetzt und wenn dann bei kleinem FOV auch noch die Kamera wackeln muss wie in den Bourne Filmen wird mir schwindelig.

Aber dennoch muss man Kane & Lynch 2 hier loben: Alle diese Optionen können einzeln und je nach Geschmack im Optionsmenu eingestellt werden :up:

Fallout New vegas. 1680x1050, 4xMSAA/TSAA max settings with custom config (same as I use for fallout 3). Also moved over texture mods from F3 (some works with NV) and that is all, rest is vanilla. Runs good at 40-60fps with rare ocassion down to 35fps (G15 LCD display shows FRAPS framerate). Oh yeah I also used the darker nights mod, darker interiors aswell as '4GB fix' mod to allow 4GB of RAM to be used else game would crash reaching 2GB RAM limit.

Looks good though between 10:00 and ~13:00 they have TOD set to a tad to bright and yellow for my taste but not so bad. Though I had to set gamma for game to 1.55 going outside of slider range or else it would have looked way to bright.

E8300@3.6GHz, 4890 1GB, 8GB RAM, Vista x64.

Need Feedback!

Ich baue gerade an einer Machinima in Crysis und brauche mal eure Meinung dazu. Kann man das Licht der Scheinwerfer so lassen?. Ist schwierig da noch mehr herrauszuholen. Sieht das gut bzw realistisch aus?.

PGR4 schraubt im Photomode nur die AA-Stufe etwas hoch, am Content selbst ändert sich gar nichts. Die Models und Strecken kriegen weder schönere Texturen oder höheren Polycount spendiert noch kommen irgendwelche Schatten hinzu, die die Box in Echtzeit nicht stemmen könnte.

Wo ist nu also der Unterschied zu den zuhauf geposteten Crysis-Shots in unspielbaren 4000er DS Settings?

Die NFS Shots sind dann aber auch kein echtes Ingame Material, genauso wie gedownsampelte Shots mit unspielbaren Konfigurationen.
Mit Downsampling kann man auch wunderbar spielen, und keiner schreibt hier irgendwelche Framerates vor.
Und außerdem sind deine PGR4-Shots - so schön sie sind - nicht von einem PC-Spiel, da fangts schon an.

Richtig bei mir läuft Need for Speed mindenstens mit 50FPS in der Auflösung 3840x2160 und das nur mit einer 480GTX@580GTX ;)

einfach sich mal trauen oft ist noch sehr viel Performance übrig für solche Auflösungen, wie zb bei Two Worlds 2

@Popeljoe - Übertreibe bitte nicht. Altering bei Shots ist völlig normal für diese Threads. Ob von Hand oder über solche Foto-Modi, das ist schon seit gefühlten 10 Threads normal bei gewissen Leuten und Titeln.

I guess it depends on your configuration if you can do SSAA but tech employed is same which is not true for other games photomode that switches the rendering engine to a higher quality level.

Diskutiert die Sache aus, meldet das Ergebnis an Lightning (in dessen Gebiet ich momentan wildere) und packt die Anforderungen in das jeweilige Startposting rein.

denke ich auch, der ein oder andere konsolen-shot oder auch extrem downgesampelte (:freak:) in unspielbaren settings ist auch nicht verkehrt, die abwechslung machts doch, deshalb schau ich hier rein um z.T. extreme qualität zu sehen. und in 10 verschiedenen freds nachzuschauen hab ich keine lust. eigtl. imho so belassen wie es immer war :biggrin:.

Diese Bilder nicht, sind alle im Panoramaformat 2560x684 + 8xSGSSAA gerendert und dann für den Thread verkleinert worden, via Mirror's Edge FOV Hack v1.1, ein Seitenverhältnis wie z.B. das von mir für die Bilder verwendete 3.75:1 kommt einem bei Mirror's Edge einfach gestalterisch sehr entgegen.
Werde demnächst aber nochmal welche machen die man auch als Wallpaper nutzen kann.

16:10 gibt es afaik auch bei ME so nicht, halt 16:9 mit Balken, ein paar 16:9 findest du hier.

@ LuckyD, sehr schöne Bilder :up:, wenn auch speziell Mirrors Edge wirklich sehr von der Supersampling Keule profitiert hätte, selbst mit 8xSGSSAA hat man bei dem Spiel auf manchen Bildern, je nach Winkel, noch deutlich sichtbares Aliasing und es gibt nichts was die Immersion solcher Screenshots mehr zerstört als ausgeprägtes Aliasing.

16:10 gibt es afaik auch bei ME so nicht, halt 16:9 mit Balken, ein paar 16:9 findest du hier.
Ansonsten mal den Thread durchsuchen, hier im Thread sind ja auch von anderen Usern im Laufe der Zeit schöne Mirror's Edge Screenshots gepostet worden und diese dann in der Regel in 16:9.

@ LuckyD, sehr schöne Bilder :up:, wenn auch speziell Mirrors Edge wirklich sehr von der Supersampling Keule profitiert hätte, selbst mit 8xSGSSAA hat man bei dem Spiel auf manchen Bildern, je nach Winkel, noch deutlich sichtbares Aliasing und es gibt nichts was die Immersion solcher Screenshots mehr zerstört als ausgeprägtes Aliasing.

das liegt leider an der UE3 ...im DS Forum gibbet dazu n paar bilder z.b. Bioshock...da is selbst bei ner auflösung von über 6xxx x xxxx noch deutliches aliasing zu sehen...

..... ein Seitenverhältnis wie z.B. das von mir für die Bilder verwendete 3.75:1 kommt einem
bei Mirror's Edge einfach gestalterisch sehr entgegen.

Jau ... schön zu hören, denn ich zocke mit der Auflösung 3840x1024,
was auch einem Aspect Ratio von 3,75 entspricht.

Jau, bin auch mittlerweile bei 16x AA angekommen, was mich nur wenige FPS kostet,

Ich mag diese Panoramashots und die kann man prima auch zu Wallpapern verarbeiten - alte Schule halt, noch mit ganz vielen Links auf den Desktop, bei den Panoramas hat man genug Arbeitsfläche oben und unten herum, da liegen die Icons dann nicht auf dem Bild, macht sich für mich echt Klasse.

Weil ich merke, dass ich mit 60fps die Wagen einen Tick besser unter Kontrolle habe als mit 50fps. Versuche ab und zu die Zeiten der 3DC-Member zu jagen. :upara: Für 3840x2160@60fps müsste schon eine GTX480/580 her.

Bei mir geht bis jetzt "nur" 50hz bei der Auflösung...
Ich spiele grundsätzlich ohne Vsync. Außerdem stellt der Bildschirm keine 3840x2160 dar. Das ist technisch unmöglich. ;) Dass 3840x2160@1920x1080 mit 60Hz nicht drin sind dürfte reine Treiberlimitierung sein. Mal neue Forcewares abwarten. :)
